Whichever service you choose, we will ensure you receive the very best experience. We are totally flexible and fully committed to catering for all types of Landlords who perhaps like to do some of the work themselves or those who would like a stress free full management service.

Marketing service

If you’re happy to carry out your own viewings but would like your property marketed we will upload your photos onto our website, Rightmove , social media and other website portals. We will carry out referencing and credit checks on your tenant/s and draw up a comprehensive Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement as well providing all the all the information you need for deposit protection.

Let only

If you would like to manage the property yourself, this is a great service that can be tailored to suit you and your property. We will provide an expert rental valuation, market the property and carry out viewings to ensure your property is let to the most suitable tenant. We ensure landlords are protected and adhere to current legislation. We provide the most up to date tenancy agreement and protect the tenant deposit with the tenancy deposit scheme.

Rent collection

In addition to the let only service. Prior to the tenancy starting a professional independent inventory to be prepared and meter readings taken. We will notify utility companies when the tenant moves in. We will collect the rent each month and pay the balance to you along with a monthly statement.

Full Management

This complete service is our most popular and takes care of every aspect of letting and property management. Our experience and knowledge not only the gives assurance that your property is in highly capable hands, it can also save on unnecessary costly repairs. We only use professional, trusted contractors and have an emergency call-out service.

We familiarise ourselves with managed properties and have a hands-on approach throughout. Regular property visits are carried out and we will report back to you with a full report. Tenants are given a welcome pack and check in at the start of the tenancy and we negotiate all deposit deductions after check out.
