At the beginning of the tenancy, we will meet the tenant at the property for a full check in and key handover and ensure the tenant is aware of how all appliances work and heating and hot water is controlled.

Chesterton Yeates will be the main point of contact for the tenant providing an equally high level of service to both landlord and tenant. Any maintenance issues raised are answered quickly and efficiently and we report the recommended remedy to the landlord. We never spend landlords money without prior authority unless its an emergency.

Full Management Fee:
