At the beginning of the tenancy, we will meet the tenant at the property for a full check in and key handover and ensure the tenant is aware of how all appliances work and heating and hot water is controlled.

Any maintenance issues raised are answered quickly and efficiently and we report the recommended remedy to the landlord.
