Prior to the tenancy starting a professional independent inventory to be prepared and meter readings taken. We will notify utility companies when the tenant moves in and either settle or send the final bill to you. We will collect the ongoing rent and pay the balance to you to your nominated account. In the rare event of non-payment we have a late payment procedure such as telephone calls, emails and letters.
